There is no standard Policy or registry entry to do this, but you can use brute force.
Use Regedt32 to navigate to:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTCLSID20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D
On the Registry menu, choose Save Key, in case you change your mind. Then delete 20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D and all its' subkeys.
