It lets you enter certain pieces of information such as the source server, target server, and virtual machines (VMs) to replicate with Hyper-V Replica. The tool will then run tests, and once complete will give a report with details on the impact of using Hyper-V Replica, such as network impact, storage IOPS, memory, and processor.
