Why do I get an error message "Not enough server storage is available to process this request"?

A. This is caused by a mis-matched set of NT networking layer files. It is usually caused by installing new network protocols from the original NT media to a machine with NT service packs already installed. Re-installing the latest/installed NT service pack will fix the problem.
