Q. Is there a latency SLA for Azure Storage?
A. No. There are SLAs around Performance when using Premium Storage in terms of a number of IOPS but not latency. Typically latencies I have seen are low millisecond for Premium Storage but that is not an SLA. The best guidance is to test the workload thoroughly to ensure it meets requirements under normal circumstances.
