Q: On a Windows Server 2012 R2 server, can I link to a Microsoft account?
A: Even with Desktop Experience installed on a server, there is no way to link to a Microsoft account from a Windows Server 2012 R2 server. This means you can't use SkyDrive sync to, for example, sync your Internet Explorer favorites between a Windows Server and a Windows client.
