Where can I find the RegClean utility on Microsoft's Web site?

A. Microsoft no longer provides this utility on its Web site, but you can download the utility from either Tweakfiles.com or CNET's Download.com. RegClean is still a neat utility that parses the entire registry and finds inconsistencies and dead links and removes them.
