A: Microsoft’s System Center Virtual Machine Manager (VMM) has long supported managing ESX hosts through vCenter. With vCenter XVP Manager, the reverse is now also true.

vCenter XVP Manager allows you to manage the basic functions of Hyper-V hosts and virtual machines (VMs) from inside vCenter. Just like with VMM’s earlier support, vCenter XVP Manager aggregates Hyper-V machines into the vCenter Client GUI and inventory. It also provides an integrated method to V2V (virtual to virtual) VMs from running on Hyper-V hosts to ESX hosts.

vCenter XVP Manager is currently in a Technology Preview release, which you can get from the VMware Labs.
