When you perform a file operation, copy, paste, rename, etc., you receive:
Windows - Application Error The instruction at "0x00403759" referenced memory at "0x202c7971". The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program.
The problem can be caused by a buffer overflow due to having a file extension that exceeds 260 characters to the right of the period.
