Want to test Windows Vista without having to install it? Now you can, to some extent anyway.
Microsoft has a site online that let's you test drive Vista by logging into a virtual machine using Internet Explorer over the Internet. While the test drive site doesn't have any network connectivity you can at least stroll around the applications and menus to a get general feel for what it might be like as an end user. You can also check into various aspects of security and if you try enough functionality you'll see how Vista acts when it needs elevated privileges.
