New PowerToys for Internet Explorer 4.0 available

Thanks to Walter Lederer for the tip: Microsoft has reissued the InternetExplorer 4.0 PowerToys due to problems with the original batch. The newPowerToys have been thoroughly tested and Microsoft recommends you replacethe old versions.

The Internet Explorer 4.0 PowerToys include: Zoom In/Zoom Out, Image Toggler, Text Highlighter, Open Frame in New Window, Web Search, and LinksList.
