When you log on to a Tablet PC running Windows XP Tablet PC Edition, instead of the welcome message, you receive:

Internet Explorer Script Error An error has occurred in the script on this page. Line: 16 Char: 2 Error: Access is denied. Code: 0 URL: res://C:WINDOWShelptpc_oobe.dll/tabsplash.hta Do you want to continue running scripts on this page ?

This behavior can occur if the pen is in contact with the screen during logon.

To workaround this behavior, DO NOT rest the pen on the screen, or tap the screen with pen, during logon, until the Welcome to Tablet PC message is displayed.
