Download KeyTimes.exe freeware.

KEYTIMES.EXE recursively opens the keys in the specified hive(s) and write the date / time and key to the console.

When you type keytimes /?, you receive:

Usage: keytimes hklm | hkcu | hkcr | hku | all | allfast ["filter"] "allfast" omits HKCR and HKCU since they are links to subkeys of HKLM and HKU "filter" - case-insensitive substring matching on would-be output
