After deploying a Sysprep image, network adapter settings, like network names and SSIDs (Service Set IDentifiers), are missing and custom hardware profiles, that enable or disable devices, are missing or reset.

This behavior is normal, and occurs because the Sysprep tool must reset some hardware-specific settings and profiles before it deploys a Sysprep image. Network adapters are assigned a unique instance when they are installed and you cannot associate the old network card settings to the new instance. Custom hardware profiles are also specific to a computer.

You must configure this setting after the image is deployed.
