A. Typically, a Terminal Services session has a full environment, so the usual process of starting the SoftGrid shortcut works fine. However, if you're using seamless windows (i.e., with no environment, requiring you to publish the application directory), you need a different approach. The solution is to publish the application via the sfttray.exe executable file with the /hide switch, and pass the name of the application to launch (or the OSD file). Microsoft documents the process in the article "How to publish a SoftGrid-enabled application in Citrix MetaFrame" (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931576)
