If you've heard about the new Microsoft mice and are wondering why yourplain (and suddenly) old IntelliMouse can't use the universal scrollingfeature, fear no more. Microsoft is providing the IntelliPoint 2.2 softwarethat makes this possible for users of older IntelliMouse and IntelliMouseTrackball devices. The site incorrectly lists the file size as 7 MB--it'sactually 1.2 MB--and the software works on Windows 95/98 and NT 4.0.
