Download accountmanager.zip from Marty List and unzip it. Read the instructions in the accountmanager.doc file.

Account Manager is a custom tool that makes it very easy to manage local user account properties on multiple remote Windows NT/2000/XP/Windows Server systems on a regular basis, like changing the local Administrator password on all the workstations and servers in your domain (or workgroup). Account Manager uses standard Microsoft Win32 API functions to manage the user accounts. The only requirement is a user account that has administrator rights over the remote systems.
