Live Tile Bug Reveals a New Notification Counter for Microsoft Health App

For the last week, many Microsoft Band customers using Windows Phone/Mobile and Windows 10 Desktop have been wondering why a new number notification counter has appeared on the Live Tile for the Microsoft Health app. Some have suggested it might be to quickly indicate the number of consecutive days a person reached their steps or calorie burn goals.

The number can be 3, 4, or 5, but the issue is the same – there’s no clear indication what the indicator is actually intended to provide.

So, it appears that a new feature is coming, it was just accidentally delivered before it was finished. A fix should be available soon.
