A. If a computer has unsolicited Remote Assistance enabled, use the following URL (from a Windows XP machine) to initiate a connection:

hcp://CN=Microsoft%20Corporation,L=Redmond,S=Washington,C=US/Remote%20Assistance/Escalation/unsolicited/unsolicitedrcui.htm

The system displays a dialog box in which you can insert the IP address of the machine you want to connect to. Click Start Remote Assistance. Follow the same procedure you would if a user had invited you to assist.
