A. To modify the default state, perform the following steps:

  1. Start regedit.exe.

  2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControl
    Terminal ServerDefaultUserConfiguration.

  3. Double-click fLogonDisabled and set it to 1.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Close regedit.
