Sue Troy is senior content director for information services company Penton, where she serves in editorial management roles for ITPro and The IoT Institute. She has spent more than 25 years writing and editing IT-focused content, with long stints at companies such as TechTarget and Ziff Davis Publishing. Before joining Penton in May 2017, her most recent role was as editorial director of TechTarget's CIO, IT Strategy and Channel Media Group, where she was inspired by emerging technologies such as IoT, blockchain and artificial intelligence.
