Windows 10 Tip: Full View for Installed Apps
Using the Shell command, you can get a better view of the installed apps.

Windows 10 is a popular choice for PCs and there are many refinements included over earlier versions of Microsoft’s operating system. One of those refinements is how Microsoft decided to organize installed applications. However, trying to get a much wider, all-inclusive view of what’s installed is still difficult. Unless you know a trick.
Do this:
Open File Explorer and type the following command into the Path line… Shell:AppsFolder
Now, when you access that shell folder, every installed app will display in the File Explorer window.
From here you can perform the same functions as if you were viewing the installed apps in the Windows 10 Start Menu, including open, uninstall, pin/unpin from Start, pin/unpin from the Taskbar, and create a shortcut on the desktop.
