Not a fantastic resource yet, but Microsoft has delivered a new, centralized web page specifically for those using Surface tablets in companies. This is the beginnings of a valuable spot to bookmark and is the result of customer feedback. Since the Surface originally released, information about the tablets has been strewn across the Microsoft properties, making things tough to find quickly. This new resource provides a central location to find those important things like:
Firmware and driver update downloads
How to deploy firmware and driver updates
The Surface Pro 3 Deployment and Administration Guide
Links for submitting a support incident for both general cases and for Premier customers
