Today Microsoft has opened up a brand new way for Surface owners to get support. Available exclusively to Twitter users, the new operation has been moving along briskly since its inception earlier today.

Limited on followers so far (less than 600 as of this writing), the account is definitely not limited by activity. In just a few hours, Surface users have already posted a couple hundred support questions. Those in charge of manning the new support account have been busy, providing suggested actions to each and every support question so far.
