Files for Windows Phone 8.1 Releases Early
Not expected until June, the official File manager app for Windows Phone 8.1 released today.

A few days ago I talked about a new File manager app that was coming to Windows Phone 8.1. At the time, Microsoft stated that it would release sometime in June 2014, which was a quick turnaround from mention to release anyway.
However, I’m happy to say that Microsoft has beat the June deadline and released the app called “Files” today. It’s now available from the Windows Phone store here: Files for Windows Phone 8.1
Here’s what it can do:
Access files stored on your phone and SD card
Browse, search and launch files
Easily share one file or multiple files
Create folders to organise your files
Copy, move, rename and delete files
