Thanks to Adam Thurgar for the tip: Microsoft has released a slightly newerversion of its Service Pack 5 for SQL Server 6.5, dubbed Service Pack 5a (SP5a). The update fixes a problem in the previous service pack wherestored procedures were somehow causing the SQL Server backup functionalityto malfunction. If you're running SQL Server 6.5 SP5, you'll want todownload one of the following updates, which are available from theMicrosoft FTP site:
