After installing the 817686 hotfix on Windows Server 2003, your computer intermittently BSODs (Blue Screen Of Death) in the UsbhFdoCleanup process with a an error similar to:

STOP: 0x0000000A (00000000, 00000002, 00000001, 8081c402)

This behavior will occur if you remove USB host controllers and root hubs from your server causing a race condition between a USBH_ChangeIndication process and a UsbhFdoCleanup process.
