SharePoint 2010 Compatibility Issues Error Message
If you try to install SharePoint 2010 on Windows Server 2012, you might see at least one of three issues:
Your SharePoint 2010 installation process fails.
Your SharePoint 2010 prerequisite installer fails.
You receive an error message while trying to start the SharePoint 2010 Management Shell.
