When you use the Sysprep (System Preparation) tool to prepare Windows Server 2003 to be cloned, you can add languages in the Setupmgr.exe (Setup Manager) advanced settings. You are not however prompted for the location of the additional language components when the %SystemDrive%:Sysprepsysprep.inf file and the %SystemDrive%:Sysprepi386 folder are created.

To workaround this behavior, manually add the required language components to the %SystemDrive%:Sysprep folder.
