When Microsoft File and Print Services for NetWare is installed on Windows Server 2003, a user who connects to a Netware-compatible printer, using a Novel Netware client, will see an underscore in the printer name, even though the display name and share name do NOT contain an underscore.

This behavior will occur if the display name of the printer contains a space, and the share name of the printer does NOT contain a space.

This behavior is by design, to support DOS-based networks, and does NOT affect the functionality of the printer.
