If Hnetmon.dll is missing from the Netsh helper list, you may be unable to configure a bridged adapter to  promiscuous mode.

To workaround the subject problem:

1. Open a CMD.EXE window.

2. Type the following command and press Enter:

Netsh add helper Hnetmon.dll
