The FRS (File Replication Service) event log, on your Windows Server 2003 that hosts a FRS replica set, contains an entry similar to:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: ESENT
Event Category: Table/Column/Index Definition
Event ID: 614
Description: ntfrs (1940) Database 'c:winnttfrsjettfrs.jdb': The secondary index 'WReplicaSetNameIndex' of table 'ConfigTable' may be corrupt. If there is no later event showing the index being rebuilt, then please defragment the database to rebuild the index. For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

NOTE: A FRS replica set can include the SYSVOL share, a replicated DFS root, or DFS link.

If you recently upgraded from Windows 2000 Server, and some of the indexes in the FRS Jet database were not updated during the upgrade, FRS attempts to automatically fix them.

FRS will normally recover from this event without an action on your part, so unless Event ID 614 is logged repeatedly, you can ignore it.
