When you use the Tools / Folder Options dialog box in Windows Explorer, or MY Computer, on your Windows Server computer, the Offline Files tab is missing?

This issue will occur if Terminal Services is installed and enabled on the server.

You cannot enable the Offline Files feature on a Windows Server that is running Terminal Services. If you want to remove Terminal Services:

1. Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs.

2. Add/Remove Windows Components.

3. Clear the Terminal Services check box.

4. Press Next.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
