JSI Tip 2177. All Service Packs, through SP6a, have failed to update the License Server on International versions of Windows NT 4.0.

When you apply a Service Pack to an International version oif Windows NT 4.0, it fails to update:

        Liccpa.cpl        Llsrpc.dll        Llssrv.exe        Ntlsapi.dll

You will find that these files are still dated 1966.

To fix the problem, copy the files, from a Service Pack CD-ROM, to the %SystemRoot%System32 folder. If you have downloaded the Service Pack, expand it using the ServicePaceName.exe /x switch and Expand the files, if they are compressed. Example:

Expand Llsrpc.dl_ %SystemRoot%System32Llsrpc.dll
