When you attempt to start a Terminal Services session on Windows Server 2003, you receive a BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) similar to:

STOP: 0x00000050 (0xffffffe8, 0x00000001, 0x8083fb88, 0x00000000)

This error is the result of a race condition in Win32k.sys caused when you use Csauser.dll (Cisco Security Agent) and try to start a Terminal Services session.

To resolve this problem, contact Cisco to obtain a fix, or remove the Cisco Security Agent.
