JSI Tip 10010. When you uninstall Services for NFS from Windows Server 2003 R2, your System event log records Event ID 7023?

When you uninstall Services for Network File System (NFS) from Windows Server 2003 R2, the System event log records an error similar to:

To workaround this behavior:

1. Open a CMD.EXE prompt.

2. Type net stop "Server for NFS" and press Enter.

3. Uninstall Services for Network File System (NFS).
