How can I install my Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000 under Windows Server 2003?

A. Logitech doesn't support its products under Windows 2003 and won't provide drivers. However, I was able to get my QuickCam Pro 4000 to work under Windows 2003 for a video conference by performing the following steps:
Go to the Logitech Web site and download the latest version of the QuickCam software, which consists of one executable file.
Open the executable in WinZip and extract the executable file's contents to a temporary location.
Under the extracted area, locate the driverswinnewpro2 folder.
Plug in the camera. When it asks for the driver, select the folder location from Step 3. The hardware installation process will find the driver and install the device. The device will now be usable as a TWAIN device and with MSN Messenger.
The above procedure should work with any of the Logitech products--you just need to locate the correct driver folder for your hardware (this might be a trial-and-error process, but if you select the wrong folder, the device will tell you that no driver was found, and you can then try a different folder).
