Q. Why can't I see the Recycle Bin in Windows Explorer in Windows 7?

A. By default, some folders are hidden in Windows Explorer in Windows 7. To view these folders, including the Recycle Bin, type "folder options" in the search box of the Start menu. Enable the option Show all folders in the Navigation pane section of the General tab, as shown here. Once you've done this, Recycle Bin will be displayed in Windows Explorer.
