Windows 10 Mobile 10586.71 Available for Fast Ring Insiders
The second update of 2016 for Windows 10 Mobile testers delivers a list of fixes and no known issues.

Last Friday Microsoft pushed out a configuration change to members of the Windows Insider Program who test Windows 10 Mobile through the Fast Ring.
This update was preparing devices to receive future cumulative updates and continue to make improvements to the upgrade experience between test builds and users upgrading from Windows Phone 8.1.
At that time, Microsoft's Gabe Aul, stated on Twitter that there was no other news beyond this configuration update. However, if you have been involved with Insider builds on Windows 10 Mobile you have seen these configuration updates before and they usually lead to operating system updates.
This one is no different as Microsoft has pushed a new cumulative update that will take Fast Ring Insiders from build 10586.63, which was delivered almost a month ago, to build 10586.71.
If that build sounds familiar it should because it is the same regular release build that is available for all Windows 10 users that was released last week to desktops.
Testers have been clamoring for a new build and with this one they get a nice list of fixes in the mobile OS and no - that is right - no know issues.
A quick run down of the fixes in this build include:
Windows Update performance and reliability improvements
Improvements in migration of data profiles and messaging settings when upgraded from Windows Phone 8.1.
SensorCore API’s are now upgraded correctly from Windows Phone 8.1; allowing applications, including many fitness applications, to correctly access movement data.
SD card detection has been improved on boot and after insertion; File Explorer now handles the removal of an SD card when the default for apps or photos are set to SD.
Improvements in the Edge browser, including PDF rendering.
Bluetooth improvements when re-connecting to already paired devices and cars; turn by turn directions, and when using Cortana with the Microsoft Band.
Improvements in Settings when downloading Maps or changing Quick Settings.
Reinstalling Groove Music from the Windows Store no longer causes DRM music playback issues. Groove Music local song collections are now more quickly imported within the application
Device power improvements after listening to music, after missed phone calls when iris detection is disabled, and when downloading updates.
In app purchases now work correctly when cellular data is disabled.
Improvements to the reliability of Kids Corner.
I have updated my Lumia 950 to this new cumulative update and will be installing it on a Lumia 640 and 830 for further testing.
