PowerShell v3 install error on Windows 10

Q. The Web Platform Installer is offering PowerShell v3 to my Windows 10 box however the install fails, what should I do?

A. Ignore the Web Platform Installer since Windows 10 includes PowerShell v5 and therefore you do not want to install PowerShell v3 nor can it be installed.
