Gabe Aul took the Microsoft blogs yesterday to give some information about an upcoming build release for Windows 10 for phones. When the first build released in February, the list of supported devices was extremely limited, but Microsoft promised to include more later on. The issue with providing support for additional devices was in how Windows 10 installed. A new feature, called "partition stitching" was the key and according to Gabe, that has now been worked out.
Missing from the list is the 930 and any non-Microsoft devices, but here's the handset models that should be supported in the next build:
Lumia 1020

A release date was not promised, nor is there promise that all of these devices will actually make the final cut, but the rollout seems to be on tap soon. Gabe says that there's at least one more week of engineering before a decision will be made.
