Orin Thomas is an MVP, an MCT and has a string of Microsoft MCSE and MCITP certifications. He has written more than 30 books for Microsoft Press IT Pro topics. He is an author at PluralSight and is a contributing editor at Penton’s IT Pro and other sites. He has been working in IT since the early 1990's and regularly speaks at conferences in Australia and around the world.

Simon Townsend is a Chief Technologist, at AppSense. As Chief Technologist, Simon works with some of the largest customers and partners around the world, helping them adopt Secure User Environment management across their entire estate of physical, virtual and cloud based environments. During his 13 years at AppSense, Simon has developed and managed the Systems Engineering and Professional Services teams at a global level and run the DesktopNow Product Management function. Simon today continues to work with Product management and development from a tactical and strategic level.

Prior to working at AppSense, Simon worked in the Citrix channel for both a leading Citrix Distributor and Reseller.  Simon holds a BSC (Hons) degree in Business Information Technology and is keen presenter at many leading industry events.
