Admin Templates Updated for Windows 10 November Update

Yesterday, I talked about the new GPO settings available for business users that come packed inside the Windows 10 November Update. Pieces of those new features include the GPO settings for Windows Update for Business that deliver the new servicing capabilities for Windows 10.

Late yesterday afternoon, Microsoft also finalized and made available for download the Enterprise version of Windows 10. Windows 10 1511 Enterprise is now available from the Volume Licensing center.

One of the most obvious questions, of course, after hearing that the new GPO settings for Windows Update for Business are available, was “where’s the updated Windows 10 Group Policy admin templates?”

Microsoft has now updated and released the GPO Administrative Templates for Windows 10 1511. They can be downloaded from the following link:

You’ll note that there are two downloads. One is for the July release of Windows 10 and the other, clearly marked as Windows10_Version_1511_ADMX.msi, is for those using the Windows 10 November update in their environment.
