Napster CTO Talks About Vulnerability Stories

In the wake of inaccurate reports about a vulnerability in Napster's Napster To Go service that lets subscribers steal music, Napster Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Bill Pence issued a statement that we hope will clear up this contentious matter. "Neither Napster To Go, Napster, nor Windows Media DRM have been hacked," he said in an open letter to customers. He then described the "analog hole" that hackers are using to record songs and how it has nothing to do with the Napster service.
