Disabling Remote Administration for Linksys Routers Vulnerable to the Moon Worm
The makers of the Linksys routers have now posted a full set of instructions on how to check the firmware version and also how to disable the Remote Administration function.

The worm installs itself on Linksys routers and then seeks others around it to infect, as well. The current solution is to disable the Remote Administration feature for the router and then wait for a firmware update to release to fix the issue completely.
