Q: How do I uninstall the Azure Integration Services from a virtual machine (VM) I take from Windows Azure IaaS, so I can run on-premises on Hyper-V?
A: Windows Azure IaaS doesn't have any Integration Services. There is nothing Azure-specific added into the OSs. This means you can take a virtual hard disk (VHD) from Windows Azure IaaS and run it on-premises with no changes required.
