A:Enabling RDP connections to a VM hosted within a Citrix XenDesktop infrastructure requires the use of a local group called Direct RDP AccessAdministrators. That local group should be automatically created during the installation of the Virtual Desktop Agent; however, in rare cases the groupwill require manual creation.
