A:XenDesktop can send and receive audio content in a lossy format by using UDP Real-time Transport. This configuration can improve audio quality for VoIPapplications when that quality is unacceptable at the medium audio quality setting. To get this configuration, you enable the Citrix XenDesktop userpolicy setting Audio over UDP Real-time Transport. Enabling this policy reconfigures audio network traffic to occur over two consecutive UDPnetwork ports within the range of 16500 through 16509. You can configure other ports to be used by enabling and configuring the XenDesktop machinepolicy titled Audio UDP Port Range.
