Microsoft product support on public cloud providers

Q. Does Microsoft support workloads running on public cloud providers other than Azure?

A. Microsoft supports a number of hypervisors that are part of the Windows Server Virtualization Validation Program (SVVP) which is documented at http://www.windowsservercatalog.com/svvp.aspx. At the bottom of the page is a link showing the hypervisors supported, http://www.windowsservercatalog.com/results.aspx?&bCatID=1521&cpID=0&avc=0&ava=0&avq=0&OR=1&PGS=25. Note that the list shows hypervisors and NOT cloud providers, who commonly customize. Therefore Microsoft do not "support" its products running on other cloud providers and potentially if you experienced a problem you could be asked to reproduce it on a supported platform.
