Q. How can I prevent pop-up advertisements in MSN Messenger and Windows Live Messenger?

To disable pop-up ads in MSN Messenger and Windows Live Messenger:

1. Start Internet Explorer 6 or greater.

2. Use the Tools menu to select Internet Options.

3. Select the Security tab.

4. Select Restricted Sites and press Sites.

5. Type msn.rad.com in the Add this Web site to the zone box.

6. Press Add.

7. Press OK.

8. Press Default Level to set the Restricted Sites zone to the recommended level, which disables Active Scripting.

9. Press OK.
