Microsoft releases Visual Studio 6.0 SP3

Thanks to Pascal Belaud for the tip: Microsoft has released Service Pack 3 (SP3) for Visual Studio 6.0, a package of bug fixes largely designed to fix incompatibilities with Internet Explorer 5.0. It also includes all of the fixes from SP1 and SP2.
